Need advices, can't win any game...

Hi, i'm really sad because i can't win ANY game... I always play with bad players who feed in their lane and i can't do anything against that... I try to play mid and gank lanes but even if hi gives em kills they continue feeding and once we are in mid/late game we can't win any teamfight... I'm actually at 23/38 Win/lose ratio and i didnt have a win since 10+ games.

So i'd like some advice to win a game "alone". What champion could i play ? What lane ? etc

Do you practice with bots ever? My suggestion is to just familiarize yourself with every hero as much as possible, play random heros until you are comfortable knowing what each hero is capable of, and then you can focus on figuring out what heros you like best or whatever.

Yeah i played a lot of games with bots. I have some champs that i prefer, but i'll try to play as much heroes as possible. But which kind of heroes are easier to play ?
